Barry DavisPresident and CEOBarry has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee. He and his wife, Sylvia, are passionate about community development. He was vice chair of Hillcrest Healthcare’s board of directors from 2013-2018 before becoming president and CEO.

Lavonda CantrellDirector of Marketing and Special Projects/Vice President of Hillcrest Healthcare Foundation Lavonda joined Hillcrest in 2007. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and holds a bachelor’s degree from East Tennessee State University and a master’s in social work from the University of Tennessee. She and her husband, Danny, have two children and an English Setter.

Kim MountzDirector of Clinical Services Kim has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from King University and two decades of experience in skilled nursing and long-term care. She and her husband, Rick, have three children and one fur baby.

She has more than three decades of experience in geriatrics and healthcare. She and her husband, Dave, have a son and a dog.

He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in health management and planning and has more than 30 years of experience in the skilled and long-term care sector. He lives in Cleveland, Tennessee, with his wife, Ginger, and their three rescue dogs.

Hillcrest Healthcare Foundation was chartered in 2004 and reorganized in 2019 to provide supplemental financial support to advance the Hillcrest Healthcare belief that Everyone Matters.

Through the PATHS Program (Providing Access to Health Services), 100 percent of tax-deductible donations to the nonprofit go directly to support specific needs of those served in Hillcrest Healthcare communities. This increases access to essential services, education and technology.

The foundation welcomes volunteers and accepts individual donations, corporate gifts and sponsorships.
