Lavonda joined Hillcrest in 2007. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and holds a bachelor’s degree from East Tennessee State University and a master’s in social work from the University of Tennessee. She and her husband, Danny, have two children and an English Setter.
