As we grow, we’re offering some short-term incentives to join our team. We’ve increased our starting pay rates that will not decrease for the team members hired during the limited-time incentive window.
For new dietary, housekeeping and laundry personnel hired before the incentives expire, the starting pay rate is $11 per hour and increased with experience. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) positions have a pay rate of $15.50 per hour with Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions starting at $23 per hour and increased with experience.
Registered Nurse (RN) positions are now starting at $26 per hour and increased with experience.
