In appreciation for the dedication of our associates, Hillcrest Healthcare recently provided $208,000 in COVID-19 bonuses divided among every full- and part-time employee in our organization and determined based on employment status and seniority.

We also celebrate our associates who are moving into retirement. Debbie Humphrey recently retired as a housekeeper, serving 41 years with Hillcrest Healthcare at our West Hills community. We wish her well in this next chapter!
Associates who retire from Hillcrest Healthcare also receive a final thank you for a job well done. We offer $100 for every year of service as a bonus at retirement.
