- Evaluation of and recommendations for functionality, usability, security and interoperability.
- Evaluation of data accuracy, user experience, compliance with regulations, integration capabilities with other healthcare systems and overall impact on patient care and workflow efficiency.
- Ongoing assessments to ensure optimal performance and adherence to evolving healthcare standards.
BUDGETING
- Establish operating forecast of net revenue and projected expenses reports including a budget for capital expenditures.
- Create a detailed census plan to include total and payor mix projections.
- Design growth strategies to maximize revenue.
- Develop a detailed staff deployment strategy to include direct care personnel and support staff that meets the needs of residents and regulatory compliance.
LICENSURE MAINTENANCE
- Assist in obtaining and maintaining all required licenses and certifications in the owner’s name unless otherwise stipulated.
OPERATIONAL REPORTS
- Provide monthly operational performance reports, including statements of income and expense, that compare operational to budgeted performance.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
- Oversee facility operations, including maintenance.
- Develop long-range capital planning.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
- Oversee agreements with healthcare plans to ensure proper reimbursement for services.
- Assist with contract negotiation, compliance, documentation, billing and coding, monitoring and reporting, and communication.
