The Gardens on Lake Brook offers 14 private rooms in a compassionate and dignified care environment. With a family lounge, kitchen and dining area, dedicated rooms for reflection, prayer and gathering, and around-the-clock acute symptom management and visitation, we work diligently to make this difficult time of transition peaceful and comfortable.

We believe all hospice patients and their family members deserve a peaceful environment that caters to their care and comfort.

We are contracted with all local hospice providers and accepting GIP, long-term and respite referrals.
