Hillcrest Healthcare hiring for new Hillcrest at Home program

Hillcrest Healthcare is hiring at-home caregivers as part of the new Hillcrest at Home program, which provides non-medical, personal care services for seniors in Knoxville and surrounding counties. Applicants do not need medical training or a college degree.

Hillcrest at Home is a personal support service agency that offers assistance for a minimum of four hours or up to 24 hours a day, including companionship, grocery shopping, transportation and more.

“We are seeing high demand for seniors who need assistance with daily living activities,” said Brian Tuggle, director of Hillcrest at Home. “We’re looking for team members that are interested in giving back to the seniors in our community by providing compassionate, patient-centered care.”

Hillcrest Healthcare also offers employee development programs to encourage and support training and career growth, including tuition reimbursement, free in-house cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certifications and re-certifications, IV certifications for licensed practical nurse (LPN), specialized training in programs of distinction, learning partnerships with local health systems, certified nursing assistant (CNA) program, free certifications and continuing education.
