Facilities

Hillcrest North, located at 5321 Beverly Park Circle in a wooded setting, is our largest campus with two buildings licensed for a total of 291 beds. Our North campus provides both skilled and long-term care and is home to The Beverly Park Outpatient Clinic and The East Tennessee Respiratory Center.

Hillcrest HealthCare North provides free pharmacy and therapy services to indigent residents who meet eligibility standards and for whom the services are deemed medically necessary. This no-charge program has been made possible by a grant under the Hill-Burton program.

Hillcrest West is a 194-bed community located at 6801 Middlebrook Pike and includes a long-term care facility. The West campus is also home to The East Tennessee Hospice Center. The peaceful serenity of an enclosed courtyard and gazebo for the enjoyment of residents and families belie the proximity to a major thoroughfare and easy access to the entire city.

Hillcrest South is located at 1758 Hillwood Avenue just south of James White Parkway and has 95 long-term care beds. The South location’s focus on long-term care, along with the design and size of this facility, provide an intimate atmosphere. As a result, families are very involved at this location.

LakeBrook Place Assisted Living is a 28-bed facility on our West campus at 2820 LakeBrook Boulevard, just off Middlebrook Pike. LakeBrook Place provides affordable assisted living services to seniors who need some assistance to live as independently as possible and manage their daily activities. This cozy setting reflects the assisted living model of "homelike, health care and hospitality.”

Amenities include:
• Medication assistance
• 3 meals a day and snacks
• Recreation and social programs
• Housekeeping service
• Flat linen service

LakeBrook Rehabilitation Center is a 25-bed short-term physical rehabilitation facility located on our West campus above LakeBrook Place Assisted Living. The center opened in the spring of 2008 and features state-of-the-art exercise and therapeutic equipment. This unit can transition the individual to a less intensive level of care within our facility or back to his or her own home and may be covered by Medicare or private insurance. Outpatient rehabilitation may be prescribed by a physician or as a follow-up to inpatient care.
